44: Wankiest, really? The only wank Heroes fandom has really had was the astral plane thing. In any case, I love this fandom, despite its flaws (so many of the shippers are idiots and so many of the fics are bad... why...). It's cracktastic and lulzy and I've found great people.

We did have the Zach is/is not gay wank. That's the character, not the actor. XD There was some bullshit about how Hiro isn't really Japanese and the plagiarism stuff too. The only thing I think we haven't had is a ship war.

Okay, I know about Zachgate, even though I wasn't around, and if you're talking about the plagiarism in the MattMo fandom, I have the details on that. But what stuff about Hiro not being Japanese?!

Oh, I definitely agree. I guess I can see why some people would be averse to the shipping that goes on in the fandom, among some other things, but... WANKIEST FANDOM EVAR? Absolutely not.

I guess it's just a matter of perspective :P

None of the issues Heroes fandom have are unique to it. The things that are wrong with this fandom are wrong with every fandom. Plus, the good parts outweigh the bad by far, IMO. So yeah, what you said. :D

Oh yeah, tons of fandoms are so much wankier. (SPN, I'm looking at you!) A fandom that doesn't have some wank is a fandom that is almost entirely dead.

TG! Someone else who can see reason. I really can't see how Heroes is any wankier then any other fandom. I truly think we're less so, there's many, many more that are worse then we are.
