She's more attractive than the man as far as I'm concerned. And no, I'm not a furry. Satyr legs aside, the artist gave her features that read as "attractive human woman" to me.

I think there's a big difference between "ugly" and "monstrous." This is a cute monster girl, not an unattractive person.
