There used to be a CGI cartoon on PBS called Jakers! The Adventures of Piggley Winks (ION/Qubo picked the series up and is currently airing it). Each episode starts in America with twin boys and their sister having issues. Their grandfather comes in and tells them stories about his youth running a wool and dairy farm in 1950s Ireland and the things he, his younger sister, and his two best friends did in their small village. The grandfather is literally a pig, one friend is a young bull, and the other is a female duck. Their teacher is an old billy goat and the main bully is a badger. The friend that is a bull is from Spain and his father is the town's blacksmith. They all walk, talk, and wear clothes like humans. Then you have the farm animals- chickens, cows, goats, a donkey, a fawn that follows the sister around, and the sheep (the ram, voiced by Mel Brooks, usually just talks to the audience and the flock). They act like animals. It is an entertaining show, but it gets weird when they are milking the animal cow and the friend that is a bull is right there.
