In case you don't know, Kingdom Hearts is a crossover with Final Fantasy. (The other half of the crossover is the Disney Animated Canon, so you get stuff like Hades from Hercules summoning the ghost of a guy who died in Final Fantasy X.)

I mean, if you only see the characters that were designed to look like Final Fantasy characters or are final fantasy characters, I could see how you'd get them confused.

The main difference is Kingdom Hearts has Disney properties and FF does not.

I know what you mean about getting names mixed up because they just feel similar. I am constantly confusing "Overwatch" and "Undertale". I don't know anything about either besides what I see peripherally, but yeah.

At least KH and FF are more or less in the same circle!

They're both made by Square Enix and KH features some FF characters, so I can see why you'd get them confused!
