Eh. The character design is very cutes-y and make a lot of people look way younger than they are, and this fanart its even more so. That said, most people in this pic don't have a specified age but they must be between teenager and barely legal, since in the game its explicitly specified that the people responsible for the trials (which are like, small scale challenges that took the place of the gym badges) MUST be under 20 yrs old. For some reason.
Also the game explicitly says that the playable avatar and the rival are 11 yrs old.

This game has a really weird fixation with ages tbh
