Latina is not considered a PoC?

(Are you using the paper bag test?)

What's a paper bag test?

NAYRT, but I read somewhere that Latin@ are considered POC in NA but not in Europe? Not sure what/why the distinction or if this is true or not.

"Darker or lighter than a brown paper bag?"

What shade of brown bag? There are lots of shades of brown paper bags, some so dark brown they are almost black and some really light browns. Your metaphor needs work.

Latinx is a complex and complicated category that also kind of varies from culture to culture. In United States contexts, it usually most the makes sense to think of Latinx as POC, but it can change depending on context or individual stuff.
