She is just naturally rail-thin. In the Fast and Furious franchise she was significantly skinnier, like literally off the top of my head I might have named her as the skinniest actress I've ever seen, so getting her to the average catwalk look probably did take training. But that only emphasizes how much she seems like the wrong choice.
