I could not stop laughing when I picked up a book on creatures that drink blood and learned that vampire bats can't fly when they're all bloated from drinking half their body weight in blood, so they immediately start peeing out the waste while they're still drinking, and I was picturing vampires being the same way. Kind of spoils the whole sexy Byronic hero mystique thing people try to give vampires.
