Yeah, I guess running after someone on the street to ask for a picture is fine? The only thing I did was look up this person's commute, and yeah I guess it is kinda creepy but I'm not a stalker, I don't spend my days trying to figure out what they're doing in any given moment, I would never hurt them or ask anything from them. I occasionally like a post on their theater's fb page or leave a nice comment about a play or compliment their performance, like a lot of other people do, and that's about it.
