Now's a good time to watch it. Netflix is making a revival series coming out I think next month, which means there might be secrets/spoilers in future F!S's. And hey there's only around 30 episodes, and it's super trippy!

I kind of wish I hadn't seen Carnivàle before I saw Twin Peaks, not because they are set in the same universe (they aren't, but there's an overlapping actor which makes it theoretically possible), but because of thematic similarities. And a few stylistic ones, but Twin Peaks is more surreal-- like actual surrealism surreal, not ~ooh it's arty~ surreal.
