Its because people who say they love everyone are lying, from my perspective. People tend to say that so people will like /them/. No one really loves everyone, and that's okay. You can go loving only one person your whole life, whatever your definition of love is. The opposite to love isnt hate, i find, but indifference, and its natural to feel that way about almost everyone you meet.
