Breakfast for dinner! Making biscuits and gravy. Probably some scrambled eggs and scones. Then making breakfast burritos to eat over the course of the week.

I wanted to go to a nature area this weekend, but it's cold and rainy. I think I will bake cookies. Also, new episodes of Call the Midwife and Elementary should be on in the evening.

Cleaning the house since I'm having a party this week and I want to prep enough beforehand.

Then going to a hockey player autograph signing. It's the player's last signing so I don't want to miss it.

I made chicken soup today. The basic recipe is leeks, chicken, potato and creamed corn with chicken stock. I also added a couple of small bags of coleslaw mix to that (as in, pre-cut cabbage and carrot). I have already had a couple of bowls of it in the last 3 hours.

Realistically? Sleeping. I've been up since yesterday morning and I have no idea why I'm still awake.

There's a ton of stuff I SHOULD do, but right now, if I can get a bit of cleaning done, have clean clothes for tomorrow, do some cooking for next week and get to bed at a decent hour, I'll be happy.
