Maybe watch a Let's Play? I didn't play the game at all. I just watched Dan and Phil play it and do all the voices and I enjoyed it. I, also, wasn't blown away, but was impressed by the intricacy of the story. I feel like it's perfectly fine to not be blown away by something that's been hyped so much. At this point, I pretty much expect to never be blown away, so it's a pleasant surprise if it ever actually happens.
