No, Wonder Woman is an Amazon. She's not ethnically whatever you mean by "white," and as for details of appearance like skin and eye colour, characters get redesigned a lot, especially in adaptations.

GotG's Drax was originally an altered human from Earth in the comics. Jarvis the human butler was adapted into JARVIS the AI. Heck, there's a pretty well-received movie from the 1990's which adapts a white Southern good ol' boy into Ving Rhames.

However you adapt Wonder Woman today, you should think about what message you want to send. And a darker-skinned Wonder Woman might fit the message a director wants, or it might not.
