I don't want to start wank? I'm not whichever anon you think started whatever. I just think Amazons should have more muscle than that and she's too skinny to be a believable wonder woman for me. Which ruins the enjoyment for me because it throws me completely out of the story.

Fair enough, I just don't understand the constant harping on it (not that you personally are) when from what I've seen of other pictures of her, she's put on as much as her body seems able to, because she is much buffer in WW pics than other shots I've seen.

Oh, I'm sure she has. I don't blame her. Not her fault at all. She shouldn't have been cast, though. Casting her shows what their priorities were, and it doesn't really bode well for them getting the character right.

Wonderwoman was literally formed out of clay and infused with life.

She is a magical being.

Visible musculature for that particular character is a purely aesthetic choice; her muscle mass is not in direct correlation with her size.

Does this help at all?

Because some of us... really want... to enjoy our one female superhero movie... without a thousand nitpicking complaints... (or slander, let's not forget that)... we just want to enjoy it, yeah?

Well then why not avoid threads complaining about it? People are allowed to dislike things just as they are allowed to like them. You're the one who came into a thread of a secret about not liking her. If you don't want to see any dislike at all, perhaps you should avoid such threads.

There is a very large, very loudly worded, Secret, the second in the queue, complaining that her arms aren't beefy enough.

It's difficult to avoid.

It's also unoriginal.

And it isn't a secret.

"complaining that her arms aren't beefy enough" - the original secret didn't mention her arms, it just said the actress was "not Wonder Woman." OP explained later in the replies.

"It's difficult to avoid" - Why? Is your scroll button broken?

"It's also unoriginal" - All right, I'll give you that.

"And it isn't a secret" - How so? It meets the criteria of one.

I get being frustrated with people who form negative opinions before they've given something a chance, but OP is still entitled to their views.

I sympathize, but as the other anon noted, if you want to avoid any negativity on this topic it's a good idea to stay away from threads like this. OP is entitled to their opinion just as you are entitled to yours. They shouldn't have to refrain from expressing it simply because you're tired of hearing it. The burden is on you to opt out of discussions like this one, which is very obviously not in step with your views.

It's not an uncommon opinion, nor is it stated in a particularly inflammatory way. I don't think there's any need to assume it's wank bait from the secret alone.
