About 70-ish unread fics on AO3 ranging through the various fandoms I've dipped my toe into the past few months, and about 30-odd recipes from different food blogs that I've been meaning to make but haven't gotten around to yet.

Yeah it's a problem.

See to me there's a point where you just have to bookmark stuff, especially with recipes

I know, but my bookmarks are so overcrowded that if I do that, chances are I'll never go back to that recipe again. Same with fic. Out of sight, out of mind, etc etc.

Print the recipes? We keep a binder full of page protectors for that.

I used to do that, and just ended up with a great big stack of crumpled recipes with no way to search through them (like I mean, it's easier to just search google and find a new recipe than it is to flip through all my old ones. Also the reason I gave up on recipe books/magazines).
