Some of the pubs round here have grudges going back a good three hundred years or more. There are still some poor bastards who can't get served in one because their ancestors supposedly told Cromwell's men where the King was hiding. And that ain't the oldest one. Someone holding onto an old topic and never letting it go, that just makes it like a real pub that does.
