Man, you weren't kidding about five extra post-credit scenes. I like how they were spaced almost evenly among the credits. The random "I am Groots" were a nice touch.

I'm mixed on Ego. On the one hand, it seemed a cheap move to make him the one that gave Peter's mom cancer. On the other, if he really was killing his own kids, I guess anyone else was fair game. But I have to say, in spite of how batshit Ego turned out to be, I really enjoyed seeing Peter get the "father and son playing catch" moment he always wanted.

Yondu's redemption arc was good and bittersweet. The explanation of Yondu's past was handled well, explained but not excused. He was still a dick to Peter, but at least we know his intentions for abducting him were honorable. He definitely earned that funeral.

And again, I had to stop myself from singing in a theatre full of folks, lol.
