I'm sick of the dumb fucker from upstairs dropping shit, it falls onto MY deck and spreads everywhere. He fucking bangs shit all the time, all times of day, and leaves his dog to bark on the balcony. I don't even know how he's still here with all the shit he's doing. I'm so tempted to complain tomorrow, but it's gone on this long, so I don't know if it'll do any good.
