It's cute, yes, but saying "Damn you for not letting me have a wild animal as a pet!" is pretty silly. They're wild. They wouldn't make good pets. Sure, some animals do good in captivity, but in general, wild animals should stay wild.

Now, a zoo program or a conservation effort would be much better than keeping them as pets in this case.
