Never seen this, but I thought that was a woman as well, especially from the eyes up. Maybe something about the hair?

same. The eyes and lips are defined in a make-up-y way that's probably supposed to be costume/stage makeup but that I associate with women, plus the fat around the face suggests female a little bit? Idk man

I think it's because male hairlines usually square off near the temples, and because his wig is completely rounded, it gives a female look.
