I had a really bad fever at age 13 and straight up hallucinated for two days. I remember realizing I was hallucinating at some point before thinking I was going to die and then falling very, very deeply asleep and waking up horribly thirsty what felt like years later.

I had a bad fever once when I was twelve or so, and I sort of remember stumbling down the hall to the bathroom, running a cold bath, and climbing in. Apparently my dad was supposed to be watching me, but in sitcom-dad fashion wasn't very good at child-minding. Mom found me passed out in the tub and thought I was dead, but hey, apparently I'd successfully brought my fever down. I don't remember anything after I got in the tub though.
