It depends on the era for me. There are some parts of the past that I'd love to see explored. Old Valeria, the original Targaryen conquering of Westeros, and Robert's Rebellion. Other eras don't interest me at all, though.

If the spin offs are interesting enough then I'll watch, but sometimes spin offs are really bad.

I also wonder how much GRRM will be involved in this.

Apparently two of the people making the spin offs are working with GRRM but two are not.
