I wouldn't say genius — even though I love it (well, lol, 7-9 being the only ones I've gotten to play thanks to limited resources) — because it has its history of plotholes, but! It is a good series, and I actually like that mythological names are included, because I like mythology!

...Also, omg Laguna/Raine icon. ♥ I love that pairing. ;;

Hmm, i think you could download VI from somewhere, there are a lot of places to find it. {me not big fan of dowloads but i guess you're saying that you can't afford to buy the remastered version that came for PSone?}

I'm not a fan of downloads either. :x As for a remastered version ... I had no idea there even was one. But, still, I have no money whatsoever. XD So buying things is like, out of the question.

I am asking for a PS2 for Christmas, but that's just so I can keep playing Guitar Hero after my brother leaves for college. >>

Hmmm, i cannot really pick a single FF as each one has something unique but FFIX has a special place in my heart. <3

Ah, I see. At least the IV and VI Playstation ports are still fairly available and inexpensive on Amazon? The loading screens/lag are kind of a drag, but it's something.

Oh yeah and on the Playstation port of V Faris' name is translated as Salsa at one point. That is sort of amazing.
