My initial "ew" was followed by a "WTF?!" not because of the whole dragon/human thing, but because Hiccup has a wooden leg. I don't care if Toothless has some kind of extra-armored dragon asshole. Wood=the possibility of splinters. And if Toothless is somehow fucking Hiccup with it... no. Nope. Nope nope nope.

For me this really depends on 1) how old the boy is, and 2) how sapient and mature the dragon is. If the boy is of age and the dragon is sapient and comes across as having a similar intelligence and maturity level to the boy's, then...sure? As in...I would maaaaybe even read it if there was an AU like this featuring my OTP.

However, my guess - especially given the warning tags - is that the boy is pretty young and the dragon is of something closer to dog-level intelligence. In which case...you have fun and all, but I'm gonna need some brain bleach.
