Nah. I was diagnosed with ADHD from an early age and focusing during classes was really hard for me even if I tried really hard. Not gonna get too much into it but it sucked.

Later on I worked as a teacher for a while and learned that what helped the kids and adults keep focus and more retain information for a longer time was making classes more dynamic and fun for them. Even the quirkiest ones would keep focus because they where having fun.

What I'm saying is that yeah, maybe getting rid of fidget spinners and toys during class isn't a bad idea because toys most of the time don't belong in class, but I also think that blaming the kids for not being able to keep to themselves instead of finding ways to help them learn solves absolutely nothing.
