25. oh my god FUCKING word. The entire internet is making me feel so guilty for loving it as much as I do, and all the hate makes me incredibly sad. IN SHORT: I LOVE YOU ORIGINAL POSTER, and I am behind you and this film 100%!! (I'm so obsessed with it right now omg)

I thinka lot of the hate is coming from people who haven't even seen it. DON'T JUDGE BY THE TRAILERS! (The trailers make it look considerably less awesome than it really is.)

*smacks you five* Hellz yeah! Speed Racer was a colossal amount of fun, I don't understand the total vitriol the movie is getting. I've been humming the theme for a week. XD

Awriiight! I seriously hadn't enjoyed a film that much in a long time. I can't understand it either, it was so enjoyable. I mean, what were they expecting? I suppose it's important to understand the source material?

Dude, it started me on a spiral of getting to know the original series. Been watching it, and read the manga, and it's... so great. ;___;

I have no idea why this movie is getting so much hate. It was so freakin' awesome. I haven't had that much fun at a movie in God knows how long.

I know, it was seriously the most fun I've had in some time! I mean--- what? Suddenly a mind-numbingly fun film isn't good? Isn't fun what we go to the films for?

Did you see it at the IMAX? It was 10000000000 times better and I completely loved everything about it and everyone in it. I even loved Spritle (is that how you spell his name?). It was entertainment! :)

I didn't but I'm seriously considering it. IMAX is a bit of a drive from where I live, though :<

I can't belive it either! It's so weird. Almost everyone I know who has seen it liked it, so... I don't know what's going on here!

Everyone I've spoken to at work says that they've heard it's horrible, or they think it's horrible. Honestly, I think everyone was expecting a Matrix movie or V for Vendetta or something, which is really stupid because there's a considerable difference in ratings. Not to mention, it's based off of a fuckin' cartoon from the SIXTIES. C'mon, public. C'mon.

I thought it was freakin' amazing, myself. Speed Racer punched a Viking in the face at breakneck speed! HOW MUCH MORE AWESOME CAN YOU GET?!

I know, man! I think a lot of people don't actually understand wtf the source material was, and write it off because they don't see that's how it's really supposed to be. Gyah!

OH MY GOD YES. SO AWESOME. THIS IS ALL ABOUT DRIVING FAST AND PUNCHING THINGS. AND THAT'S FORMULA FOR FUN TIMES.
