You honestly think when people are dieting or trying to lose weight they do it 24/7 and nothing else? That is actually damaging to the body, it's extremely strenuous if you spend day after day working out for so many hours, especially since the OP of the secret said she was 150lbs over weight.

& besides. The internet 9 times out of 10 causes distraction. "Oh, I'll go work out in ten minutes, let me just check my flist" or "Oh, yeah, I'll do that in a little bit, I just need to check this site". I wasn't saying they need to work out 24/7, just that they need to make it their top priority. Because being that heavy is pretty fucking dangerous as well, even more so then exercising excessively, I think.
