18. Holy shit, OP! So much self-hate! D: Lookie here: we're all humans. Honestly, I don't think there are many humans who would *really* be able to keep their head in a crisis - and who *doesn't* look stupid and useless when compared with the Doctor? He's brilliant! And I know there is such thing as strong females out there today, but I think the whole time-traveling, almost getting killed countless times, seeing terrible-horrible-awful things takes a toll on anyone with a heart. The "strong female character" you're alluding to? I doubt I'd like her very much at all, and I don't think that's what the Doctor wants. He's lonely, remember? He wants someone to keep him company, not do his job for him. The ass-kicking and genius plan-devising is what *he's* there for. Remember when he told Donna that he just needs someone to stop him sometimes? That's the kind of companion he needs - to complete him, see? He's got so much power on his plate that I think he needs someone to keep him in check sometimes. Plus, even when I feel like a companion cocks something up, he never tells them to leave unless they were doing something cruel, or for their own benefit (like Adam).
tl;dr - Don't be sad, OP. I get the feeling from what you wrote that you'd be a much better companion than you think. The very fact that you've thought of all this convinces me of how wrong you are. If I were the Doctor, I'd take you along for sure. :) (Just wait til I get my mail-order TARDIS, yeah?)

31. I never thought of it that way. Never watched the old ones (well, I watched one with One). I don't hate either of them - far from it - but I do want Rose to be gone for good as well. And... this secret makes me want to watch the old ones, because I'm curious now.
39. I feel like this secret is referring to something. Is something the matter with Zachy? :( I need a life too, but who wouldn't want him to be happy? He's such a sweetie....
