So I'm watching this series and there appears a mysterious scholarly guy who obviously knows way more about the demons the hero is facing than he lets on. A couple episodes after his first appearance he loses an arm and gets a prostetic and I'm jubilant.
A few more episodes and it's confirmed that he was the one who accidentally released the demons in the first place and I'm extatic.
Then he falls prey to a mind controlling demon who loves nothing more than force its victims to bone to death before it and has already entrapped the cop I'd pegged as a lesbian. His unfazed expression as he realizes what's happening is priceless, while I'm like, what the fuck scenarists, are you really going there? butbutbut my headcanon that he's either gay or asexual
And they do go there and they're forced to hump like rabbits and while they're at it they both try to shoot the demon and fail. They still manage—while fucking—to have a conversation where the cop explains she has figured everything out and indeed she's right. He confirms it with a trimphant YES as he's obviously coming hard and putting his hand around hers on the revolver and with their joined efforts shoot the demon square dead and I'm here ohgods no how why I'm shipping them so hard, previous orientation issues notwithstanding and I want all the fic where they get over the trauma together and he convinces her to work with him instead of her keeping trying to arrest him and him having to kill her to silence her or something—and bam, she dies of exhaustion on the spot.
I've just been turned on by a rape scene why oh why and is it better or worse that the snuff bit dampened the mood eventually?

Nope, it's a French adult cartoon and it's a bit lacking in the tentacles department if you want to go there.

Actually it draws a lot from American influences and feels a bit like Archer meets Ghostbusters.

I don' think so. Demons might be reincarnaed but ordinary humans seem pretty disposable and all deaths final. Still, that was less horrific than being eaten alive from the inside by another demon that then assume its victims' appearance.

I am intrigued. Though I kinda already had a rape kink and even more so for that kind of mutual rape scenario. I don't even know these characters but that added layer of having a serious conversation and actually managing to kill the demon during is giving ME feels, too.
