I'm told that at 50 reviews (good or bad) Amazon starts taking a book seriously as something to put in their You Might Also Like lists. So any review can be helpful there.

Be clear about what you disliked, if you do.

"This book sucked" == not helpful
"I'm not a fan of surprise tentacle sex" == helpful (some people like that)
"Interesting opening chapter but it felt bogged down and repetitive in the middle" == reasonably helpful
"Great conversations! The fight scenes didn't work for me though" == reasonably helpful.
