if you've got all the repair reference numbers then ask the guy at the knowhow bar to log them all on the writeoff request when it next goes in - as long as none of the repairs are related to physical damage (liquid spillage, drops etc) they should honour it

ask the knowhow people if they can do a medics request for a writeoff too (they'll know what that means)

it won't be the store who write it off, it'll be up to the repair centre (because that's how the careplans work)

and if they're insisting it's all one repair, tell them you want a writeoff because the repair has gone over 14 days :)
