New Ev music coming down the pike.

Are they still making music?

Yup. Evanescence are actually releasing an orchestral album later this year (well, orchestra + acoustic instruments + electronica-style keyboards). It'll be titled Synthesis, and they'll be touring with an orchestra to support the album.

They had released a collection of their b-sides (called Lost Whispers) back in February, with a new acoustic recording of their old track "Even in Death". Amy Lee also released two solo singles this year: "Love Exists" and "Speak to Me."

They've been pretty busy, after a few quiet years of Amy being a mom to her little boy.

(And I just realized I don't have an Ev icon for the occasion. Dammit.)
