Fuck you, you're not even watching the show and have no idea what you're talking about. Yes, he's an alien, but he's been male for the past 50 years of the show, all 13 Doctors were male. Making the Doctor into a woman just for the sake of him having a vagina is moronic and offensive.

The character of the Doctor would actually amount to being a walking, talking vagina, as you put it, because that's all the story would be about at that point. Not something I'd be interested in watching, really.
