I hate anything pooling low in the belly, mostly because "belly" is the grossest, most childish word you could possibly use there. Like saying a guy's voice made your weewee tingle or your cookie get wet. Eugh.

But the sentiment doesn't bother me and if it's phrased differently I think it's fine. I mean, it's a feeling I experience very strongly, I'm sure other people do too, idk how better to describe it.

Well... I guess "tummy" might possibly be worse but I think(hope)nobody uses that in this context.
