I don't, but if it is weight for general exercises then you want nothing heavier than five kilos. Two-three kilos and just do five to ten minutes of arm stretches holding the weights. You just want to feel your arms getting slightly tired and a bit warm. The general rule is you want to do smaller weights for longer times to build muscle tone and get the blood flowing, if you want bulky muscles do short bursts with heavy weights. But you don't want bulk, that just looks gross.
