That said, I also run out of cowboys after McCree lol (unless you count some people from Fallout: New Vegas, but I'm not sure they count as cowboys). Westerns aren't really my thing.

What's weird to me is that I watched a bunch of old classic western shows with my grandparents growing up, yet he was the first one I thought of

I don't know for sure because I don't watch it, but doesn't West World have a wild west theme? Maybe a robot cowboy?

I don't watch, and I don't think he's technically a cowboy, but the first thing that came to mind for me was Longmire.
