I find it true. My sister is the kind of person if you don't immediately pick up your phone she calls back 10 more times, leaves voicemails, texts, and then starts calling other people to see if they know why you're not answering.

But she always lets hers go to voicemail so she can call the person back in an hour or so when it's more convenient. Also another relative is perpetually 10-15 minutes late to everything, but if someone makes plans with him and they're late it's horribly rude and awful.

Generally they feel they have excellent reasons for doing what they do, but obviously other people have terrible reasons for it.
