Canonically my favorite non-human character is just moulded underpants and a logo for Diva-Droid Int. Of course there is the multi-purpose groinal socket... For vacuum cleaner and food mixer attachments.

For my nagas, I don't know. I've been avoiding answering the question in a definite way, even to myself. They may have some kind of hidden human-like genitals, or a sort of "cloaca" way down on the tail.

Andrew Hussie is infamous for being coy about the junk of his creations in the webcomic Homestuck, especially the troll characters. Doesn't keep his fan base away from creating tons of NSFW stuff, though. Everything from "identical to human butt" to the oddly popular but terribly weird "tentabulges".
I have personally given up on trying to figure this crazy stuff out myself. If pressed for an opinion, I would err towards probably pretty damn alien looking.

Ther only non-human characters I have that can be distinctly non-human tend to be round glowy crystal spheres. They can shapeshift though and tend to be humanoid when engaging in sex.

Hmmm... Mostly I don't think I've thought about that. One of my OCs has barbie doll anatomy, because they're a sexless, genderless divine being. One's a mershark, so she's got shark junk. One's a shapeshifting fox god, so it's a bit variable with her...
Damn, now I need to look up shark junk. :(
