Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, the biggest damn shame of a cancellation I've ever seen.

Firefly. I won't even watch it but I know it'll make some babies mad.

One I would watch is a current season of Parks and Rec that reflects the current political climate.

Seconding this. Hannibal is one of the few shows where I think they actually could do a new season now and it could really work. The actors being a bit older and a couple of years having passed wouldn't be much of an obstacle to deal with.
