Re: What movie have you only been able to watch completely once?

I fell like Requiem For A Dream is probably the most common answer to this question. I mean, I'm sure there are some horror flicks that would trump it, but people who watch a lot of really brutal horror flicks tend not to be affected (effected? too lazy to look this up) by them in the same way, so, like, if you decided to watch Martyrs or The Human Centipede or whatever the first time, you probably aren't the sort of person to be like ~once but never again~. Whereas sensitive people who know they're sensitive will still commit to watching Requiem For A Dream because it's superb cinema, but then afterwards it's like ~once but never again~.

(I've seen neither Martyrs nor The Human Centipede for the record, so I can't be sure they're good examples, but you get my drift.)
