The Sholazar Basin quest line in WOTLK where you have to save the Oracles from the Undead monsters. You saving little frog people that are being dragged around on chains. Some of them die and they say stuff like this.

-Please take... my shinies. All done...
-We not do anything... to them... I no understand.
-Use my shinies... make weather good again... make undead things go away.
-We gave shinies to shrine... we not greedy... why this happen?
-I do something bad? I sorry...


Also, Arthas's death after you defeat the Lich King in ICC was pretty tough. Honestly, Arthas's storyline throughout WOTLK was amazing and touching.
