This is one thing that doesn't bother me at all. I grew up with a lot of pets - cats, dogs, horses, and small animals like rats and ferrets. Cleaning poops was pretty typical. Little pellets of rat poop, no problem. Plus, I had much younger siblings and was always changing diapers, too.

As someone who is easily squicked by the thought of germs to the point where I can't even drink a glass of water if the glass looks a little scuzzy, poop is a surprising non-issue for me.
