Yeah sometimes I need to pretend like finales don't exist because the way writers try to tie up every single thing just doesn't work for me. Some stories do need an ending but some really don't. Maybe there are some aspects of the plot that need to be resolved but others can continue, like a villain needs to die but the rest of the characters will keep adventuring in the same way.
