because I just woke up from a 3 or 4 hour sugar coma because I just had to have a shake from Steak n' Shake. Still worth it, yo.

What are some foods you love to have but your body has a negative reaction to?

Oreos, for whatever reason they really upset my stomach so I don't eat them anymore. (Sometimes however I get an Oreo milkshake from the café chain in my town center that does them and deal with the upset stomach because IT'S SO GOOD).

Pizza. I ate it last night and I still feel all stodgy. Also ice cream always makes me feel sick.

Kiwis are really good but they make my mouth hurt way more than they used to.

Also, I agree with you on SnS shakes, they are so good! What flavor did you have?

Cheese. Any milk products really. My lactose intolerance has gotten worse the last few years. But I just suck it up, take the lactaid pills, and deal with whatever side effects are left. I just love cheese and chocolate too much to give them up.

Fried foods no longer agree with me much anymore either, but giving them up isn't too hard for me. I can eat the occasional french fry, but honestly I don't need fried food. Cheese and chocolate, though. Can't give those up.

So many foods. :( My body likes to randomly react negatively to a lot of food.

Ice cream. Falafel. Grapes. Cheesecake. Most cereals.

God I miss falafel. It's so good, but idk my body decided I can't have it anymore. :(

Avocado gives me indigestion. I eat guacamole infrequently, and make it count when I do.

Pineapple. I get acid burns inside my mouth by eating it fresh (canned is okay, but also not as delicious)

Well, actually 90% of foods. I get like, gas and stomach pains and diarrhea (or constipation) from like everything I eat.

Apples. They just make my stomach feel weird. Not nauseous, just weird. It's hard to describe but it happens consistently. I do fine with apple sauce, apple pie, and alcoholic cider (I don't really like apple juice or non-alcoholic cider), so it seems to be a problem with raw apples. I can handle a few slices or pieces in a salad, but not a whole raw apple. Sucks a bit, since apples are sweet and juicy and one of the easier whole, raw fruits to eat (oranges are so much work!). People tend to not believe me and occassionally suggest it's the fiber, but I eat a lot of fiber, including high fiber cereal, and do not feel the same way.

Cake (including cheesecake), ice cream, (dessert) pie, candy, french fries, chicken nuggets, pizza, cookies, Doritos, fried anything really, tacos, Italian-themed sandwiches, Japanese sweet puffed wheat snacks, nightshades, red wine, beer, burgers, hot dogs, shakes

(why no I'm not a fat fuck or anything, gee, why do you ask)

Potatoes. I get really horrible painful cramps that feel like gas cramps, but I don't get any gas with them. Even potato starch in shredded cheese or oil that was used to fry potatoes can set me off.

I'm jealous because I don't live near a Steak n' Shake and only get them when visiting family on occasion.

Lately it's almost everything because I've been developing stomach issues so I've been giving up foods that tend to irritate the problem. Giving up chocolate probably sucks the most.

does gaining weight count? I've been on a diet for 3 and a half years and I've lost over 100 lbs. but I'd be a liar if I said I don't miss sugar and junk food.

Blood tests have revealed that while I am not allergic to gluten, I am sensitive and it fucks up my stomach, so that I should avoid it where possible.

In response, I have done fuck all and kept my diet the same because the foods I've been enjoying my entire life are one of the few things I enjoy about being alive.

So like you said, worth it. Particularly pizza and breads and just all that good stuff I should consider cutting out.

Chicken nuggets and basically all fried foods. They taste so good, but then my stomach hurts for at least a week thanks to all the grease.
