I'm seeing the No-Bullshit Guide or Ring of Bright Water standing out as nicely different candidates for me. Maybe more Ring of Bright Water, since it is further away from the fantasy thing. Ring of Bright Water is a movie too, so we can discuss differences to that maybe too.
