I've got 6 episodes recorded ready to watch. There used to be other versions of that show I think? But Houston is the only one I've seen lately.

Yes, there's Animal Cops New York! If you can find it check it out (I especially like the dog behavior lady, who would see if the rescue dogs had food aggression or other issues).

I don't think they show it here? I haven't seen it on the schedule. I'll keep looking, though. I've seen some episodes of that one before. There was also a British version that I saw a few episodes of.

NAYRT, there's also a Philadelphia one, but it's even more rare than the New York one.

On Animal Planet, they tend to play those types of shows early in the morning, with the rarer shows popping up after another show has ended its season (ie. I saw a bunch of NY and Philly episodes show up once Dr. Jeff had finished last season).
