And? Not many people here seem to have heard of it/read it. And there's just under 6000 fics on AO3. Guess it's just not that popular, period, never mind speculation about disabilities (which, apparently, is only in part seven and not the other six parts?).

This manga run for 7 years and ended 6 years ago and it's in a wide market. It has been fully translated for years. It's not some obscure manga that started a year ago, it's extremely popular.

Are you kidding me? Popularity on FS =/= popularity among manga and anime fans. Go to any manganime forum and ask about Jojo. This shit is massive, it's one of the most recognizable and longest running manga EVER.

Duh. But a lot of people here on F!S are very familiar with manga and anime, so generally, if something is big, they've heard of it.

Like i said - not a lot of fic at all on AO3 - maybe it just sucks, who knows.

Omg dude, that's not what I'm complaining about.
If you read my secret, you'd know that I'm complaining about a LACK of good fic, not that there's no fic. There may be a lot of pages worth of fic, but I find most of it pretty blah and occ which is the frustrating part.

I can't believe I have to explain something so simple.

Maybe i'm just amused at all the 'omg, best anime in the world ever!!' flailing, even though maybe two people said they'd ever heard of it.

Maybe i'm bored. Whatever. Sorry if i got up your nose, but sometimes i can't help but respond to increasingly (pointlessly) agitated comments.

My last reply because you obviously have no idea what you're talking about. Let's check Berserk on Ao3, less than 300 fanfics but more than 1.2 million copies sold in the US, 8th most popular manga on MAL. But I guess it must be a very obscure manga because no one writes fics gor it.
