I used exactly that screencap to submit a secret a few months ago, with the sentiment that I kept shipping them despite the age gap and was disturbed at myself for it.

More on topic, it may, in fact, be the only screencap that exists of these two, yes.

I think it's just the best photo to illustrate the shippability of the characters, 'cause in the few episodes I've seen, there are other opportunities of them together that could be used. This is just a good shot with both faces.

It's kinda like back when we had 7 Supernatural secrets a day and a good fourth of them, if they were about Cas, featured that pic of Misha Collins dumping a carton of milk on his face.
