Just off the top of my head: Split. Psycho. Copycat.

I don't really consider Split a horror movie, especially with the twist ending. Psycho is actually about an ill murderer, there's no metaphor. I haven't seen Copycat.

I'm not sure how Psycho fits into this category. Norman Bates can't be the metaphor for his own mental illness, surely? Bates' character is loosely based off of Ed Gein, an actual serial killer. No metaphor there, either.

Definitely no metaphor in Psycho.
